I am planning to renew my Philippine passport and keep my maiden name because I'm already scheduled to go to the Philippine consulate in Chicago this week and I just realized that changing my passport name to married name would not only require a marriage license but a report of marriage as well and I don't have enough time to process it.  My green card is going to expire in June 2018 and I need a USCIS officer to stamp my passport for extension of my green card while my I-751 application (petition to remove conditions on residence) is still in processing status.  Will the USCIS officer stamp my passport if my renewed Philippine passport will still bear my maiden name while my green card already has my married name? When I filed I-751, I provided my maiden name as one the "other names used".   If it's not possible then I will have no choice but to cancel my trip to Chicago.

Your I-797 notice for your I-751 extended your green card for one year.  Why do you need the stamp?

YMMV

My green card expired in 2017.  The one-year extension will expire this coming June 2018.

you can not keep your maiden name. It will change to your married name but also like you said you will need your true certified copy of your ML.... and about stamping new PP there should be no issues.
