Has anyone had USCIS screw up spelling on their name?
I've had screw up after screw up, they sent me a 2 year greencard with condtions when I should of gotten a 10 year one  so I had to send it back and file paperwork for a replacement  (fee waived !) I just received the receipt today to  say they received my application and it's being processed  .
Although my surname is complety butchered in spelling. I've tried logging on to the online account and there is no way to change it.
I guess I'm going to have to book an appointment with the local USCIS office  but  just wondering if anyone else has first hand experience. So frustrating how they are so careless with something so important
