Official list of reasons why a visa *could* be denied. Some can be overcome with a waiver.

Generally speaking if the beneficiary does not have a visa ineligibility and both the petitioner and the beneficiary have complied with the consulate's requirements by proving the relationship, financial support, valid passport, and medical exam, there is no reason to be concerned about denial at the interview or of the K1 visa.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

So sad to know that after long waitin to get NO2 @ USCIS , there are still a posibility to get denied upon interview!

Please let other know what are the reasons.........y its happen?! so starters like me is aware!!

1. FIANCE or FIANCEE finacial status not met below 1.25% poverty line!

2. carrier of any communicable diseases for ex (HEPAB )

As long as your relationship is genuine, both of you are free to marry, you don't have communicable disease and your fiance meets the income requirement, there is no reason for you to be denied. Just my thought. btw, congrats!

09/22/2006 - civil marriage in New York City
10/05/2006 - sent AOS papers to VSC
12/11/2006 - Welcome Letter and GREEN CARD in Mail!!!!!! Lets' party!!!!!
09/24/2008 - sent Removal of conditions package to VSC
07/02/2009 - received 10 year Green Card! YEAH!!!!! Finally!
2014 - Citizenship
