I have a problem to fill the I-129F. For example in the first page in the section Other names used. My petitioner doesn't have any other names used. the istructions says that in case a question does not applay to you, you have to type or print "N/A". I would like to type NOT APPLICABLE because the software doesn't let me type "N/A". The example of the I-129F form in this website left everything white (no data). My question is: what I have to do?!?!?!

thanks

The official instructions say:

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

If your software does not let you type that, maybe you can handwrite? (As long as it in black ink)

yes, I thought that too but I don't understand if it better to do not type anything (as it shows in the examples in this website) or handwrite...

Maybe you can just handwrite that part, as long as it is in black ink? Type what you can with your software but handwrite the parts that you can't.

I personally completed the whole thing, yes! Just handwrite "N/A" to the questions that your software does not let you type. ^_^
