  Did you see your doctor?

I eat yogurt most days with breakfast. Nutritionists generally say healthy gut flora is one of the most important things you can have for good health, and with all the exposure we get to antibiotics and other chemicals in our food that alter our gut biome, it is probably a good idea to eat some prebiotic and probiotic foods every day. Doesn't have to be yogurt, but yogurt is pretty easy as long as you can handle lactose.

No I didnt' I got google. I also cut out a medicine that has a known propensity to cause nausea and weight loss. I have self diagnosed my self with a range of illnesses including MS, Ulcer, and Pancreatitis or Noro virus. Since I am better I am going to call it the drug. Also threw gallstones in the mix . I will figure it out

And if you don't tolerate lactose well, make your own yogurt at home (it's very easy!), but instead of fermenting it for 8-10 hours, let it go for 24.  The majority of the lactose will be eaten up by the bacteria.

And I prefer the flavor of my yogurt over store bought.  Win win!

Yogurt rocks, but, I prefer not to count solely on that for my probiotics as most of them don't make it. Do some research, pick a good brand(we take both probiotics and sporebiotics) that will last and won't die at the hands of your stomach acid, and I think you'll get much better benfits than you could in any other way. Also a cool experiment I like to do is empty a few different pills into a few glasses of milk and watch it basically turn into yogurt over the next 24-48 hours. If it doesn't, you know it's DOA.
