My father, he has the american citizenship, applied the i130 application for me, my mom, my 3 siblings last august 2017

we got our Noa1 and Noa2 and got a respond from the NVC. That they received our petition. They asked my dad To complete six steps. We did the agent and then we paid the fees, but now it says “in process” instead of “PAID” in the fees section.

What step should we do next.

and my question is

HOW TO SEND THE NVC OUR DOCUMENTS ? On email? And how can i make it as PDF? And 5 gigabytes. I’m not really that good at technology and computers. Please help

and when will this whole process end? And get our appointment scheduled in the embassy. Its been 8 months since we started the application.

It really simple. Wait until all the fees clear, submit DS260. Gather all civil documents+ financial documents and submit it via mail.

Read that link and following the checklists NVC send you via email. Everything is simple, just follow the instructions.
