Hey guys,

My interview is on the 22nd May and we’re currently filling out the I-134, I have a couple of questions. I’ve searched the site and can’t find a straight answer..

part 3. 26a “I have submitted a visa petition to US Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If none, write “None” in the space for name below.)

My fiancé has never applied for anyone else before me. Should this be filled out with my details as the beneficiary or “none”?

part 3. 38. I intend / do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in Part 2.

Do we say intend or do not intend? It goes on to mention room furnishing and board?! Nick won’t be making any specific contributions to me.. he’ll be working and supporting us both but I don’t think this applies?

Can anyone who has been approved at the interview let me know what they put for these questions?

For 26, it would be you!

For 38, I believe you check neither, and in additional information at the end of the application, you put N/A, filing for K-1 Visa or something in that manner.

Check the I-134 example form, it is really useful!

The form was different but same questions.

  • I was not listed as a person for which a petition was submitted.
  • Neither intend nor do not intend was ticked. Comment added: N/A Filing for fiancé visa.

No problems in London so it seems to not be a deal breaker either way.

You checked neither, too?
