Michael Moore: Karl Marx was 'mostly right'

Interesting comments coming from someone that benefits greatly from living in a capitalist economy.

 

Filmmaker Michael Moore argued Saturday that socialist philosopher Karl Marx had it just about right, and wished him a happy birthday.

"Though the rich have sought to distort him or even use him, time has shown that, in the end, Marx was actually mostly right & that the aristocrats, the slave owners, the bankers and Goldman Sachs were wrong," Moore tweeted Saturday. He linked to a New York Times op-ed titled, "Happy birthday, Karl Marx. You were right!"

With this and the recent self described Maoist antifa group who called for violent overthrow of capitalism the radical left are showing their true colors.

They always have.  What is sad is that there are folks out there that believe these groups and their promises of a better mousetrap (socialism/communism).

I think he is about as relevant as Hillary now. Once you have been proven wrong on everything that comes out of your mouth it happens.

 

That is why the MDL is so scarce on social media now. everything they have predicted was wrong, 

 

It's kind of makes you seem a simpleton to keep coming on social media screaming about how bad the country is since Trump got elected, but you can't give one single tangible example..

 

Almost without exception every single measurable index is better since Trump was elected.

 

That's hard for some people to handle.

     I'm not sure this means a lot. Everyone is mostly right. It's the things we get wrong that really screw everything up. Marx missed on a few things in his analysis of human nature IMO.

So by your logic Hitler and Stalin were mostly right then. I would have to disagree with you. Hitler abd Stalin were completely wrong. As was Marx.

Ok I take back my statement and replace it with this one. A broken clock is right twice a day. Still a far cry from Hitler and Stalin being mostly right.

  Hitler and Stalin were wrong on many things, but then again so are you. That in itself doesn't make you a bad person. Hitler and Stalin were evil people in positions of great power, which amplified everything they did. If Hitler hadn't been a leader of a country, he would likely have just have been another rambling guy trying to keep out of an insane asylum. With all tyrants, it is that way.

1. A narcissist who likes to put their name or face on buildings CHECK

2. Appoint family members to positions of power CHECK

3. Hold rallies after the election is over CHECK

4. Hates the press and uses their own propaganda outlet CHECK

5. Military Parade CHECK

6. Uses their office for their own personal financial gain CHECK

7. Align with other dictators and strongmen CHECK

8. Claim minorities are the cause of problems in this country CHECK

9. Lie so freely that people don’t know what the truth is anymore CHECK

and oddly enough all 10 were personal opinion with not one fact in the whole list that was opinion. It must be rough to hate someone so much and have no clue why.
