Hi guys,

I called DOS today and they told me that the embassy is now going to contact me to send my passport so they can issue the visa. They said my AP was cleared on Dec 6. Thank God we are so happy. RosemarieL, you can change the status in front of our name now!!!!

Sep 1st 2006 - I-130 sent.

Sep 5th 2006 - NOA1

May 24th 2007 - NOA2 APPROVED

NVC FOR CR-1 (I-130)

06/13/07 - NVC receives petition and case # assigned.

Sep 11th 2007 - CASE COMPLETED!!! THANK GOD

Sep 19th 2007 - Case fwd to London embassy

US EMBASSY LONDON

Oct 25th 2007 - Medical Appointment

Nov 9th 2007 - INTERVIEW IN LONDON (APPROVED PUT ON AP)

Dec 5th 2007- AP CLEARED IN 26 DAYS

Does anyone know if there is a way we can check the progress of our files once they get to the embassy, other than calling?

call DOS...even though it's international it's still cheaper than embassy. Got that hint from nice guy at DOS. They can tell you anything the embassy can.

Press Option 1 then Option 0 to speak to a Visa specialist.

I called and I am the beneficiary.
