2007-10-29...finally arrived in chicago

2007-11-02...NOA1 notice date

2007-11-23...the dreaded RFE comes...dated Nov 19th

2007-11-24...returned RFE by USPS

2007-11-29...biometrics in buffalo

2007-11-29...touched

2007-12-18...mailed another copy of RFE, delivery confirmation.. just in case they did'nt get first one

2007-12-29...email stating transfer to CSC woohoo

2008-01-02...AOS touched

2008-01-09...AOS touched..stating transfer and pending at CSC.

2008-01-10...AOS touched

2008-01-11...AOS touched

2008-01-11...EAD touched..stating card production ordered... woohoo.

2008-01-11...AP touched

2008-01-16...AP approved

2008-01-18...EAD touch... stating card production ordered..AGAIN

Woohoo! Got home today and a lovely brown envelope had come in the mail. I got my interview date, its Sep 11th!

Met in Wales November 2004

Got engaged Feb 2007

Sent I-129F to NSC Mar 6th 2007

Embassy interview 11th Sep 2007

Arrived in US 15th Sep 2007

Married Oct 12th 2007

Sent AOS forms Nov 13th 2007

Biometrics Dec 14th 2007

EAD/AP received Jan 22nd 2008

Green Card interview Mar 23rd 2008

Ta Tracy -- I would have loved to have written the APPROVEDs in myself but we are up to our eyeballs in boxes and bubblewrap at the moment! Amazing how much cr*p fits in a two-bed flat...

Called up DOS today and came to know the appointment has been sechduled for 0900 15th Aug ... :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

And came home to find the amazing brown envelope .... " was told at DOS today that the envelope was dispatched on friday "27th" "

Yay :dance::dance::dance: cant belive it !!!

Thanks for all the congrats, guys. No, nope sleep last night for either of us!! Thanks much for doing the honors, Tracy. I was muddling my way through work today - wasn't very productive.

Congrats to CardiffIan and adi77 on getting interview dates and on the Packet 4, essjay! I'd say the interviews will be here before you know it, but that would be a damn lie. It drug on and on from time we found out the date until it happened!! Of course, we've been under a tiny bit of added pressure with this massive event of a wedding that's planned for August 11! Now I just can't wait to get him over here! I'm sure we'll all look back a year down the road and say "oh wasn't it all so fast?"
