I-130 and I-129F approval

I am thrilled. In March I received an RFE. I mailed my response almost 3 weeks ago (April 23). I received a receipt notification on April 27. Just one week later, May 4, I received separate email notifications that both the I-130 and I-129F petitions were approved. I have no complaints. Only a question. Is it normal to have both petitions approved on the same day and just 7 days after receiving the RFE response? Or am I just incredibly fortunate?

Congratulations! Yes, your circumstances are normal.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

This is becoming the norm. It seems that the USCIS' idea to have I-130 and I-129f for spouse sent to the same SC (either CSC or VSC) for processing has made a big improvement in processing.

1-18-2006 She returns to Russia, engaged but not married

I'm wondering the same thing. I rec'd the Rfe on 4/16 they recieved the response on 4/18. It was updated on 4/19, 4/20, 4/23, and the las touch on 4/24.......3 weeks since they received it and no answer any body have a similar situation?
