K1 fiance visa

Hello everyone iam from pakistan i am really counfused about my k1 visa stauts i had an interview in US Embassy Islamabad on March 1st 2018 i got 221g white paper and theay keep my passport and birth certificate !

my question is my stauts was ready for interview and after that April 23 i checked my stauts and i am shocked stauts was changed ready for interview to refused and theay said something like please see the latter you get at Interview theay dont even ask me for additional documents or anything theay just said we are working on your case we will let you know as soon as posibel and 1 more thing my passport still with them from 1 March 2018 i just want to know if my visa has been refused so why theay are not sending my passport what theay are doing i really don’t understand i also sent too many emails but few days ago i got reply from Islamabad us Embassy

Please give more information. Such as how did you meet your fiance. age gap religion ect.

Have you got your visa ??? But my stauts showing me its refused and my passport still with them also dont have any update on ustravel docks
