Hi there...first post here, but just two quick things. I filed March 16 for my wife and still waiting on approval. Seems like it might be luck of the draw as I think I saw some February folks mentioning approvals in just a few weeks up to a month max. Hoping it will come soon as I’m scheduled to head back to US in June too.

Also, when I spoke with the embassy a week or two ago they confirmed there is no NOA1, we’ll just get an email with the NOA2 when approved. Good luck everyone!!

I know of someone who filed March 20 and already got her visa. Agree something is not right. I think you can mail them constantly to follow up.

Wow. I think all three of you make a good point, I was going with the try to not bug them too much method...perhaps not the best idea. March 20 and already has a visa? Shoot I will have to bug them, thanks for the info. When I spoke to them around April 26 they said there was no update yet but they would put in a note asking for expedited review...I’ll have to follow up a bit more. Thanks again!

Hello folks,

I plan to file via DCF first week of July. My question here is if I could send I-130 including with AOS? Or they only need I-130 first to assign MNL case number before to submit AOS??

They only need I-130 andI-130A for the spouse then all other supporting evidence

After MNL case# then they need AOS, isn't that correct? I wish they should just accept I-130 with AOS and everything in one package for a speedy approval he he!
