My approved I-130 was issued on 2016, was interviewed in my country but unluckily there was a document which I have to submit so I inform them that I have to accomplish it .   I really informed the Embassy employee  who checked my documents that  there was a marriage on my CENOMAR that was not terminated which I thought was not registered from the start because it was a bigamous marriiage from the beginning . On February 2017 they called me for an interview then honestly I told them that I have to file a court order to cancel such marriage in the file of the Philippine Statistics Authority. So they told me that they will just return my documents return back my documents to USCIS. So from that time on, I just go back and forth to USA with my tourist visa ans so with my husband but on March , 2018, coming back from the Philippines, surprisingly my husband received NOIR informing him to send evidences of my prior marriage. At the last minute we rely to the NOIR and sent the evidence they asked us, the Annulment of Marriage.

Now, I wanted to know the chance if the USCIS will validate my NOIR ? And may I know the time frame of the reply back of the USCIS? Can I apply already for the Adjustment of Status while waiting for the reply back of the USCIS for my NOIR? Or is it better to start all over again , to apply my I-130 and Adjustment of Status since I am already here in USA.
