I submitted my 130 485 131 and 765. I just got my rejection letter

 

I checked 10 times if i did the right forms. I checked USCIS.GOV. i thought i got it right. 

 

I just checked now as well but I got the right one. 

 

Is anybody able to see what i did wrong?? 

 

I don't want to just file the same things again if I am wrong. Maybe a fresh pair of eyes could help me?

how much was the check? What did you write on it? did you send all the information you were supposed to with each form?

Yes, im trying to put screenshots i have of my set but it won't upload.

I sent the 130, 130a, 485, 131, 765, 864 i sent the check to IS department of homeland security, 1225 for the 485 and 535 for the 130. 

 

The i130 says "your form 130 is being returned to you because the eligibility you filed under requires that you file an i485 also.

 

Adjusting from H2b visa, with 10ish years of overstay. Married to USC.

Did you happen to file supplements A or J with that I-485, as they recently updated those forms as well; otherwise perhaps the adjudicator made a mistake.

OP doesn’t need supplemental I-485.

Adjudicators sometimes make mistakes and it has happened here quite a bit. You can double check again make sure all forms are the most current from USCIS and fees are on point. Edition dates are extremely important so you wanna double check with the most current ones on USCIS.gov. Resend everything with a letter included telling them they should recheck again as they made a mistake. That should take care of it.

Doesn’t need to be included initially. Perfectly fine to take later on the day of the interview.

I believe we didnt need medical when we file, it will be done when they issue an rfe or before the interview. It's in the i485 instructions and it was also asked in VJ. It shouldnt be that.. i dont think.

The most recent versions are the ones on USCIS website. The date you have to look at is on the bottom of the form not the top. If you are sure you sent the most recent versions then you should  refile the same with letter explaining - that it was an error on their part. You can find the most recent forms here:

Yes, it is very confusing but you have to check the bottom left corner for the date like

the previous person said...
