Unable to schedule appointment to my mom

HI,

 

Am on an H1B visa in USA. I was trying to take a visitor visa (B2)for my mom. I filled the DS160 by giving my personal email address and even the same email address in profile creation(I had used this for my son's ds160 also 6months back). But got an message as "your application was successfull.You will be contacted by email once your request is approved and your account is changed" and i was unable to continue for scheduling appointment. I assumed that it is due to the same email address and changed the email address in profile by giving my hubby's email and again same error and it asked do you wish to transfer to this account and i gave "Yes". But still same message " your application was successfull.You will be contacted by email once your request is approved and your account is changed.0So i thought of creating a new gmail address for my mom and did the same and retrieved the DS160 and updated it with new gmail iD and resubmitted again (Now DS160 number also changed as new one got generated). Now when i created profile by giving new gmail id i got an error message as "your personal details match the profile which already exists in our database and My official email ID is shown which i used for my DS160creation. Am very much confused . Please let me know what is the mistake that is hpnd and will it be duplicate and will it be problem for my mom's appointment and interview??Eagerly waiting for your reply. Please help me

Did you try to contact the embassy of the country where you mom lives?
