I agree with that. More than speed, it's just peace of mind that you don't have to worry about your notices may get lost in mail and you miss an appointment. Online submission was not available when I applied but I think everyone should apply online if they can.

The date was issued was 2010.. And I know I am in 5 year rule coz when it getting started and it said eligibility for 5 year rule coz I'm permanent residence for more than 5 years in United States.I don't know but they let me download what it said well I guess it won't hurt if I did send some but I'm working on the 3 years income tax return to be upload I will do it a week from this week coz I'm of town next week.
