Hey there

Does anyone have any experience with an advanced parole form?

How long does the process take? When should I apply for it, and how many times a year can we travel with one?

Thank you

David

wow, we have already recieved our Biometrics appointments. It is only 2 1/2 weeks away.

It seems to be moving rather quickly.

This is great.

You will apply for Advance Parole along with your adjustment of status package after you are married.

Everything is filed at the Chicago lockbox but it's impossible to know in advance if it will be transferred to another office. Each office has different processing times, just like with the I-129F petition.

Currently, Chicago is processing 131 applications from Jan. 13.
