Question

On march 29th 2018 I received the I-1797 approval Notice, so i believe now NVC should contact me within 30days, now my concert is, in the USCIS app should show that the case was approved and in my case it doesn’t, still shows the RFE request message. Should i be worried?

Put your trust on NOA2 because the online system sometime not reliable. For example: I'm received NOA2 even the online status still show case was received.

No you need not worry since you have received NOA2. But if you are waiting for NVC to contact you within 30 days, it probably won't happen at the current speed things are going. You will only hear from them when they have assigned your case number and it is taking 6-8 weeks for regular cases and more than that for electronic submission cases. Call them about a week or two after the case has been sent to NVC to see if they have received it.

I will send them an email to the nvcinquiry email listed on the letter and take it from there. This process is so long.
