Hey all :) I am applying for AOS. Came on a k1 in March 2018. I haven't been able to find out the information I need on this site. If anyone has experience please let me know. My husband (sponsor) lost his job so we are using his dad as the joint sponsor. What I need to know is does my husband still need to send evidence of his last job income? I would imagine not since his dads income is whats most important here but i dont want to risk a RFE. :(
