Schedule bio-metrics appointment

Hello everyone, we have our last and final interview next wednesday, hopefully. Our 601 waiver was approved in January, was able to schedule an appointment in July, but one in May opened up. I cannot find where to schedule an appointment with ASC to do my wife's biometrics. In 2006 i was able to schedule a few days before, and I can't find out where to do it now! My approval letter says i just need to do the following.

 

IF you have previously attended an interview with a consular officer a year or more ago, you must: (that's us)

 

1.Renew ds-260 (done)

2.Schedule appointment for a follow-up immigrant visa interview (done)

3. Obtain a new medical exam (scheduled)

 

Then under that, 

 

"Both the ASC and consular appointments must b e scheduled through our online appointment system. Which is where I scheduled our Interview Appointment and I don't see anything for ASC appoinemnt. The only thing that shows up is for NONIMMIGRANT ASC appointment. Which ask for the ds160 not 260 and what type of visa, which none are our visa type. I've called their numbers and never can get a hold of anyone, just a bunch of circles through the menus, asking to visit the website for more information, and the websites telling me to call!

 

Can anyone help please? I don't want to mess this up, if we need new biometrics. Its been over a year! She did try to get an emergency visa a few months ago to see my dad that passed away in October and did biometrics for that....would that still be in the system?
