As a USC you are entitled to various assistance programs. For Snap they will look at the total income of your household (that includes his income and assets) but they will only give snap benefits to you and your USC children. Many people get worried because the snap officer will ask for the immigrants info. They just need this to process your application. As long as no benefits are paid for him you are fine.

SNAP eligibility depends on your state of residence.  Since it is a state benefit it will not have any bearing on his aos, if he is eligible
