pending i-129f for K-3

FILED k-3, then the 1-130 is approved, then we want to expedite the processing the i-129f is pending in the uscis for about 5months, is this any possible source that it will expire,

so do we have any chances to filed again , to complete K-3.

If your I-130 is already approved and your I-129F is still pending, then your choices are to wait and do nothing until the I-129F is approved or to continue to push the I-130 through NVC and get the CR1 visa. If the K3 catches up and passes, so be it. It is unlikely, if it has already been at the service center 5 months but anything can happen. It makes no sense to withdraw and then refile the same petition at this point. Go with what you have.

Of course, I may well have completely misunderstood your case. Please post a timeline.
