Yes. Receipt number with 18 months extension letter.

Thank you for all the info. You’ve been a very big help. Just to clarify your situation, did you resend your paperwork to Vermont or Texas? I don’t see a office in Vermont. We’re most likely going to do the same thing you guys did. We’re going to cancel the check and send out a new check and paperwork to Dallas.

The service centers were recently changed, on 9/11 I believe.  We resent the package before this change, so it went to Vermont.  Right now VT and CA no longer accept 751s.
