Did he get a positive result from his medical? If you dont mind did he also under go for a psychiatric interview? He was banned to enter US? 10 yrs ago right?

Well you know how they ask you have you ever done drugs etc... he answered he did 10 years ago try MJ.  He said he tried it , not that he would do it on a regular.  His medical results came out good because he was not called again. He was not banned for admitting to trying it. He did have a psychological evaluation, i believe they just asked him questions.   He went to his interview with the consular officer  but we are in AP for something else... nothing to do with medical.

And when did this happen just this year?

Did he proceed with his interview in US embassy? If he gets cleared does that mean that his good to go?

All you can do is pray for your visa! ,  my fiance actually was approved and told visa would be issued in 10 days, and then after that the CO realized he was missing his court documents for an arrest and asked us to get those papers...    just pray that whatever you said wont be an issue.

Hello! I was just yhinking that maybe I should update my thread. So, I'm already done with my pscyh. Eval, - daysafter they told me to go back and finish my medical. Psych. Eval only asked be abot personals questions like how was my life and why did i tried MJ, told her that I was curious and i didnt care at that time. After that she said im done. I also asked her if she thinks that my admission will affect my visa, she said "what do you think?" I told her ofc not since its been years and i only tried it. She said, "exactly! This is just to evaluate you. So, everything went well and I actually saw whats inside my folder or the notes because the nurse was like not covering it at all in the counter. It says "class B, full remission"

They didnt give me the results they told me they will forward them to USEM

Hello! Its me again!!!! And I have good news! I just finished my interview and Im very happy to say that my Visa was approved! The consul didnt even look at the pictures i prepared for the interview, it only lasted for like a 3-5 mins. just the documents they asked the email notification. I was so happy I cried infront of him. I waited 2 years for this and its finally here. Honesty's the best policy indeed! God is good! I'd like to take this chance to thank everyone I message for comfort especially, bakphx1 and Hank. They're the people who's been there for me when I was at the lowest of lows. Godbless your kind heart. Thank you VJ fam 💞
