Oh we are talking about the same thing trust me. I use to use it a lot in the past to send money to my wife while I was working in Afghanistan. Back then my debit card was linked to my account and I had my receiver saved as well. But I stopped using them due to almost every other time we sent money they always held it up for "security and verification checks". So we just moved over to Xoom to send money.
