My fiancé had his interview on April 20, almost two weeks ago, and we still haven’t received an email for the tracking number. It says that it has been issued though. How long does this process take? I’ve called and he has and we aren’t getting any answers.... any advice will be greatly appreciated!

You need to log into your account where you scheduled your interview, and the tracking number will show there.  You do not always get an email from the embassy. From the time it says issued, it takes about a week for DHL to receive it.  Normally by the time you get the tracking number, you already have picked up your stuff.

We logged into DS160 but it doesn’t say a tracking number anywhere. Advice? It’s been issued.

He was able to pick it up yesterday. They did not post the number until Thursday night. Thank you again for the help!
