My Wife filed I-130 for my son and  she put on the credit card authorization form only her name instead of my  Son's name her  name. What can be done about this for them to know that the payment is for hiim. Also How long does it take for NVC to confirm that Affidavit and Civil document submitted are accurate?

The credit card authorization form should include the petitioner info and placed on top . She did the right thing by putting her info if the credit card is in her name .

There were two space for names. If you have seen credit card authorization, you would understand what i am saying.

I sent it and there wasn’t a problem as of right now . I put the petitioners info ( mines ) . I understand what you’re saying , I guess my response is it doesn’t matter if his name wasn’t included

But the normal way to fill that form  should be Applicant name first and credit card owner's name under where it state credit card owner. Thanks  Anyway.
