Hi Everyone,

May I wish to ask if we will receive our Fiancee Visa in our passport itself.:) Do we have validity for this?

It's just that I am worried to resign soon because my work Project is until in September 2018.

Thank you so much

The visa is valid for 6 months. Which means you have 6 months from the time you receive it to use it to enter the US.

Not six months from received by it but six months from when the medical was done, OP should check the validity date on the visa once passport is returned.

Once your K-1 Visa has been approved the visa will be affixed to a Visa page of your country-of-orgin's passport. You have 6 months to enter the United States and a further 3 months to legally wed after that.

OP,  I will advise you not to enter the US in the very last days of visa validity to avoid any issue at your country airport or at POE. I traveled like 2 days before my K1 visa expiration date and I had to "fight" with the AA airport staff (in my home country) to let me board. Unbelievable. She thought my visa was already expired. Then you will have 90 days (from the date you arrive in US) to marry.
