Receipt Notice

Hi Guys,

Please advise what is receipt notice from below messege which I copied from USCIS website after requesting our case status check.

"On October 24, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by November 23, 2017, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283"

We never received something called receipt notice. We only received NOA1 so far.
Pls advise if I missed somthing.

Receipt notice is noa1.

 

did you receive a text with your receipt number  (starts with wac) that is the mail/text notification. And after that you’re suppose to receive a hard copy (which is noa1).

Oh okay I see. I just was confused.
Yes we got NOA1 hard copy.

When you go to www.uscis.gov their homepage has an option to look up a receipt number. The number will begin with three letters and a series of numbers, and it will be mailed to you. USCIS does not NEVER forget to mail a letter. The letter is a basic letter detailing how they will process your request. Afterwards they will update your case online, and you should always check on it at least weekly.
