Courtesy Letter i-693

I recieved a courtesy letter from uscis reagrding my medical saying it was not recieved but we submitted it complete. Then i receieved a notice date of interview.  But during the interview, it wasnt it brought out, the officer didnt asked for it. And i also forgot. Would that be a problem?

did you get approved in your interview? dont overthink about it. If the officer did not ask then you are OK. If you did not get approved yet there is a chance they may ask again for medical if its over a year.

Thanks tato2017.  The officer didn't mentioned anything, we, just told  to wait for a week or two for notification. But the interview went well, the IO asked me about the info's in i485 and my work experiences. Will update this thread if i received anything. Thank you.

I received a pink courtesy letter mentioning that I-693 was not submitted. If you receive an interview notice in the mail, being it at the time of interview appointment. Do not mail document. Mailing document may result in processing of your case. This is very much similar to your case Akoito2018. Can you please let me know how long it took you to get the interview notice after the courtesy mail and what was your field office. From the thread it looks like you didn't mail I-693. Thanks

I received the same letter today too (although mine was yellow so not sure what the color significance means). We're going to get our medical checkup done next week, just in case.

I received a pink courtesy  letter on June 11  and received my interview letter today . My case was filed April 20  2018 , did my biometrics  May 23 and received my Ead card on June 17

i received the I-693 courtesy letter on Jun 25. I double checked with USCIS hotline, they said we DON'T need to mail the I-693 to them.

All we need to do it hold on to our completed I-693 (or you can start arrange to get  medical checkup if you haven't done it), and we just need to bring the completed and sealed I-693 with us to the interview.

Actually i asked my lawyer. And told me no need to mail.. because after aweek or two, we received our interview appoinment. And praise God we got approved.

The I-693 has been to valid 1 yearfrom the date the doctor signs and puts on there to the actual interview date?

Nope. The date of your I-693 is the date you took the medical exam. And it valid for 1 year. 

For example you had your (I-693) medical exam on Aug 1, 2018. Your I-693 will expired on Aug 1, 2019

There were multiple dates in there. 

I had to comeback for a TB test results.

I suggest you to ask your dr which date is the “final date” and tell him give you a copy of your I-693 before they seal your report.
