PD Current Eligible under CSPA but case still under cspa review

My PD 04may2016 which is currentbut my case is under CSPA review since 11 weeks only 60 days are left for my CSPA age after 60 days I will turn 21 and CSPA will not apply to me.. ..i sent expedite request to NVC but denied.....what can I do for speed up my process because my PD is current......

  You should be protected as long as you meet the standard of "seeking to acquire"  the visa before you age out.

What does it mean and for now I am ok

  I am NOT a lawyer but CPSA requires you to seek to acquire before you age out.  Are you in the US now or outside?

I am outside US Yes I found seek to acquire Meaning in simple language We have one year To get green card after PD current
