Yes! But you know what... I decided to just file I-751 SR yesterday around 12 PM. I thought there was nothing to lose. The confirmation says that I would receive a reply by July 17, but then I received an email around 3 PM that says my N-400 interview has been scheduled. I went to check the status of my SR and it changed to the request has been assigned to an officer for a response. I think the SR indeed triggered the interview..waiting for the letter now! will update in a few days. :)

I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

[08/03/16] Package delivered to USCIS (California Service Center)

[08/05/16] NOA (never received, lost in the mail)

[09/15/16] NOA replacement

[10/07/16] Biometrics (early walk-in on 09/27/16)

[05/07/18] Case transferred to NBC

[06/25/18] Interview was scheduled

[07/30/18] Combo I-751/N-400 interview

[07/30/18] APPROVED AT COMBO I-751/N-400 INTERVIEW

 

N-400 (Naturalization) with pending I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

[07/31/17] Package sent to USCIS (NBC)

[08/07/17] NOA

[08/31/17] Biometrics

[12/20/17] In line for interview

[06/25/18] Interview was scheduled

[07/30/18] Combo I-751/N-400 interview

[08/31/18] NOID received

[09/07/18] NOID response sent back to USCIS

[10/02/18] In line for oath ceremony

[11/13/18] Oath ceremony was scheduled

[12/10/18] Oath! Finally a US Citizen!

OK, I will share our situation.  On April 10th, my wife was scheduled for her N400 interview in Detroit with an I751 pending (N400 applied for on January 13th, 2018).  On that date, I went with my wif

Your extension letter extends the validity of your GC by 1 year, so your anniversary date is the one that matters (not NOA date). That being said, you don't have to get the stamp of you don't exp

You see I told before that you will something soon , because you filled almost a year ago, good luck and I hope you will get your passport soon

Soooo on the 06/15/2018 I got this notice. 

Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing.

 

I got that piece of mail today and the paper says that "My petition was transferred to the California Service Center for faster processing".   THE CRAZY THING IS THAT MY PAPERWORK WENT TO THE C.S.C. from the get go six months ago. 

 

then on the 06/18/2018 I got the notice . CASE WAS TRANSFERRED AND A NEW OFFICE HAS JURISDICTION.  I guess I will have to wait to see what the paper notice says on that. 

 

Did this happen to anyone and what did your paper notices say? I am going nuts here trying to figure out whats up.

NO I cannot apply for citizenship till later this year.  I also did not have to get my fingerprints done. I did not get a notice so I made an inquiry and that is when they sent me a letter saying I do not need to get my fingerprints redone because the ones on file were valid. 

 

That's why I am wondering if anyone has had these similar messages come their way and what did the second notice say,

My case was transferred like yours but still haven't receive the interview notice.

When was your case transferred? Did you get the notice that a new office has jurisdiction and did you get the paper mail?

My case was transferred on 5/8/2018. I received a notice that a new office has jurisdiction over my case and that is NBC office. My lawyer received the paper mail.

NBC stands for National Benefits Center in Missouri. It's pretty much where any file will go before an interview is scheduled.

Hello just to update guys i just checked my status and my Card has been mailed to me today on July 6th i got no any interview my card is finally being sent i am so excites...!!!

I had my I751 pending for year and half and today finally they have updated that card is in the mail.. i will apply for N-400 within a week..
