Hey, I’m looking for some help.! I got my i1-30 receipt on June 28th 2017. I got the dredged RFE which was for my husbands birth certificate and two passport pictures of me. Then the other day my husband received a notice saying after initial review my case was being moved Nebraska to Vermont. Any ideas on how much longer.? I’m really missing my husband .

I recommend completing the VJ timeline, it will give you a general estimation of when you might expect adjudication. Respond to the RFE at your earliest convenience, but don't get in such a hurry that you don't do exactly what they ask. Check and re-check before sealing and sending. Once they receive your response the processing of your case should resume shortly thereafter, and many VJ members report a decision fairly soon thereafter (of course every case is unique).

Sorry I should have wrote that we sent the RFE back a few weeks after we received the notice. I believe we received the RFE notice January 31 and it was received by immigration on March 5th.. then April 28th is when we got notice that the case was moved.
