Passport pictures, bona fide relationship and file size - pivot case?

I am not sure if this right or wrong but I had always assumed that we don't need any passport pictures for pivot cases. Is that right?

 

And as we are a pivot case, what documents if any would you include for a bonafide relationship? I thought bringing pictures and boarding passes to the embassy would suffice?

 

And to those of you who already filed... I have no idea what to expect when uploading the documents. Can we add anything we like but each document has to be below the 2 MB threshold? Do I have to squeeze the I-864 AND all tax documents into one big file below 2 MB... I hope not.
