Each one needs their own visa application.. but I am not exactly sure about the interviews.. I believe @Mara Liceth might be able to guide you on that one

So did I mess up and will they have a problem with me sending the information.

Ok... I hope that I haven't screwed everything up. I sent her DS-160 over and not the kids.. I just paid for her.. We have the appointment on the 19th of July..

You have to pay for the 265 for every kid and complete a DS160 for each one too if they are going to United States. They have to have their own fingerprints and interview appointment. For example I paid $530 for me and my 5 year old. It doesn’t matter the age. Even they are children’s of K1 they got to have their own appointments and DS.

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

It’s not a problem as long as you make one for them too and pay the fees. If the don’t have more appointments available for the same day. Just cancel her appointment and make new ones for all them together.

also make sure you got the appointment for the fingerprints for every one.

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

Im just confused right now because before St. Luke’s was using Tuberculin skin test for kids which make it 3 days for kids. And now they’re using IGRA test for kids which the result is available the second day of medical.. so I really dont know what to follow because Im planning to do the medical Thursday and Friday

I'd go with what's on their website. New information best to follow.

You should have paid three fees one for Mom and two for the K2. And then when you went to schedule the appointment you would first schedule hers that is moms and then it will ask you a question is there more and your answer is going to be yes and then you start filling in the K2 s until you're completely finished scheduling the interview.

The best thing you should do now is pay the fee for the two children and then wait 24 to 48 hours and then call the Embassy and see if you can't pick an appointment at the same time as Mom's.

Seeking some clarification.. on the I-129 F the embassy scanned back to us on the top right corner USCIS stamped "approved". Right below that is a question "IMBRA disclosure to the beneficiary required?" and it is ticked "yes"... In my case I have two misdemeanor charges, nothing that disqualifies me from petitioning/applying... but is that what the IMBRA disclosure is relating to? They included the copy of my certified court disposition in the scan so is that their way of "disclosing"? Any little thing is stressing me out right now... ugh

Without knowing what the two misdemeanor charges were it's hard to respond with an answer. From what little information you have released I can only "assume" that the Embassy is wanting to highlight the IMBRA information so you are aware of the nature of IMBRA. So I would recommend reading the attached link to be familiar with IMBRA pamphlet and that way when you are in front of the CO at your interview you will be able to respond from a position of strength that shows confidence.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Humanitarian/Battered Spouse%2C Children %26 Parents/IMBRA Pamphlet Final 01-07-2011 for Web Posting.pdf

Be sure to be confident in all your answers, look the CO in the eye when answering, don't volunteer any information unless asked then keep your answer short and to the point. Going off in a long drawn out answer can cause additional questioning with a possible denial at the ending. Avoid that by being truthful and straightforward with your answers.

I have my interview this week which is both exciting and nervous

I’m going to the London US embassy

i have a question about the return of the documents and using the free courier service

if I use the free service is it any slower than using the premium service? I work nights and I’m never awake usually when the post calls so I’ve selected one off the list to where I could pick it up has anyone on here used the free service before?

Yes...I only got my case number 6 days ago, though, so I have a feeling that I’m in for a wait until it actually leaves NVC. 🤷‍♀️

@Katri and @audaud--When did you each receive your NVC case numbers?

Why are you so concerned with the wait? Your in a position that others would pay money to be in. You have your case number. You have step by step instructions from someone who has helped thousands receive their visas at US Embassy Manila without issue. You have one of the most lenient Embassy's for this process. Heck most times they never ask for financials. If you begin getting everything done your file will be waiting for you. Schedule your interview for one month out and get you medical done and gather all your documents. Trust the process.
