Wow that's a great turnaround time! From how long that you received your NVC Case # assigned were you able to get your interview?

hi there. 5/25 noa2.

I just called and today a very nice representative picked my phone.

she told me they have received it yesterday but has not assigned a number yet. It will take max 8 weeks and I can call back whenever I like to check. Haha Super nice lady!

They answered it so quickly. Like within 2 seconds after I call in. 😂

I751:

Mailed: 3th May 2021

Delivered: 5th May 2021

Rejected due to missing signature: 26th May 2021

Resend: 26th May 2021

Delivered: 28th May 2021

Quixk question about joint sponsor

Does the joint sponsor need to fill out the I 134 and provide supporting evidence just like me (the petitioner) or they need to fill out I 864??

Thank you in advance!

Yes, the co-sponsor must fill out the I-134 and provide supporting evidence.

Spoke to NVC yesterday night and they gave me our Case Number and invoice number. wohoooo

Waiting for an email from our attorney to confirm our next steps but does anyone know the next steps? i went to the CEAC site and currently it says "At NVC" so i suspect that will change over the next few days to  in transit or "Ready"

read online that i can start filling out the DS-160 in preparation for the next steps.

Can i book the medical now i have my case number>? im thinking i can and just hope the letter arrives in time for the medical

I thought the I-864 was only for AOS? Am I wrong.

Yes and No. I-134 is the Affidavit of Support that is presented during the interview.

I have and many others have talked about what's next for the UK. I wish people would follow along on the thread and read not only their Embassy but general information that does help. I personally have posted just the information your asking for. Do some research on your own. Good golly!

I agree research can be done but in the same sense, with all the different time zones of people in this forum, and some people working full time there isn't a lot of time to keep up with every single response..

We have all been there when you are excited and want a quick response as a natural reaction, if it frustrates you to see it then possibly don't respond and let someone else :)
