Hey,

Im pretty sure you still have to fill out the I-134 because you're the original petitioner.

I assume you didn't have a Job while you were at college?

Submit everything you can get ( eg bank statements ) and just fill it out the best you can.

Thank you! No I didn't work. I did my online schooling and visited my fiance😊

My fiancée lives with our son in the Phils. Since our K1 application was filed last Oct we filed CRBA for him and he is now US citizen with USA passport. My fiancee interview is June 4. However the NVC and Embassy have him listed as needing to attend interview as K2 applicant. Do we just bring him to the interview with his American passport and they will update there? or do I need to call NVC or Embassy?

Yes bring him to the interview with his passport. I'm scratching my head because he is a US citizenship with all his rights but yet you are required to bring him to the interview? Doesn't make sense. He flies out with you on his Am Passport as any USC would do. PM @_Hank  and ask him. He is well versed in these types of cases. He is in the sub-forum for the Philippines.

Same here, ours is in transit as well to the Consular. Did you receive an email about your interview date from NVC

I got an email the 22th that it left the NVC. But nothing else so far. They told it normally takes 2 days to get to the embassy here but I have 7 days

This is what it says. There was supposed to be an email sent by NVC. I guess it’s different process for each country.

IF NVC sends you an e-mail, it will be weeks after the fact
I know people with visa in hand that never got an e-mail from NVC so I wouldn't worry too much
I got my e-mail the day before my interview, 5 weeks after my case was "ready" :jest:

Y'all are almost at the finish line. Good luck!

Hey guys, I am from Brazil and I finally scheduled my interview for July 10 but I don't have any email or mail from nvc. Am I supposed to bring for the interview some letter from nvc or something like that?

That's a hard question to answer
Did u ever get a packet 3 from ur embassy? that usually tells you what you need to bring for the interview.

I don't think I have heard anyone here on VJ need the letter from NVC for the interview. I mean the letter literally only says that ur case has been forwarded to embassy so I don't see how that helps with anything...

Good Morning Group! I am an October filer and received my NOA2 this morning!! May 29th!!

I have seen the trends and discussion with an approximate amount of waiting times for NVC Case # to be assigned so now I will give it a couple weeks and see what happens then! How soon approximately have the trends been for time frames of people's interviews after NOA2 received? Thanks!!!

Sometimes, embassies don't send out packets
U might have to contact them. That's the case for my embassy. After case was ready, I contacted them and they sent me the packet
That might be the case for u too
