I was looking at forms in packet 3

There is ds 156 and ds 156k. Are these available online to download?

I was able to find the others listed in the packet

Ds 157

Ds 230

We already filled out the ds 134 and i mailed over supporting documents to fiance.

And another quick question: is the NVC open on memorial day?

Quick question. I was in my last year of college last year so my grandfather will be the sponsor for my fiance. So he filled out the I-134 (he is retired but makes enough a year) do I still need to fill one out as well? If so, will just showing my college transcripts be enough evidence? Also if I have to fill one out as well Should I mention I start my new job June 1st?

Also a nope to all those forms you just listed.

The only numbered forms you fill out for the interview stage is the DS160 (online) and the I134 (paper)

Did your embassy send you that packet 3 or did you find advice online as to what YOUR embassy's packet 3 requires?

Does your embassy send packet 3?

Or is your embassy one of the ones that does not send packet 3....?

Or are you just being impatient? By the way, packet 3 will be sent to the beneficiary not the petitioner.

Also,

Here is the link to your consulate portal:

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Pakistan&cty=Islamabad

May I suggest you press the "follow" button for your embassy's portal and do some searching in there. It's important to recognise the date things are posted and that they may not still be valid.

Letter of intent and a signature to an official form is different.

You can fill I-134 on your computer, print it out and then sign. (This is what wet signature is)

after that if they accept the prinout of the scanned copy(this is still considered wet signature but it wouldn’t be original papers) or you mail it.

this should be asked to the embassy.

I think that makes sense, because of that "original" phrase in the instructions, I hesitated what to do.I will sign by hand and mail.Thank you Naes

Those are old forms. They were vasing those out 5 years ago for the DS160 that replaced all 3 forms. Information can become stale especially in the portals. So be careful that you check other sources and talk to others in YOUR country. Embassy's are different in how they process their visas.

These ds's apart from ds 160 are not required really here in my country.......I know people who travel on k visas and non of these were asked.

Because in the new finacee form everything were combined together which includes where your finacee work and so on, so that make it traceable to know if your finacee is work or earning enough.

So I just pray is not included in my packet 3.

It will not be included in your P3. These were old forms that were combined and updated in the new form DS-160 about 5 years ago. I am very doubtful that they will be in your P3.

Hey,

Im pretty sure you still have to fill out the I-134 because you're the original petitioner.

I assume you didn't have a Job while you were at college?

Submit everything you can get ( eg bank statements ) and just fill it out the best you can.
