No problem, Sis. I'm right at your service.

Anything you want.

Now, let's start counting days for USCIS to send your case to NVC. Give it 14 days to call NVC for the case #.

My case took 20 days to get to NVC. I got the case # the same day (after 3 hrs) they received it.

After 3 days, it left NVC and after 2 dats, it was Ready (EMBASSY received it).

So, it took my case 6 days (4 Business Days) from NVC Received (At NVC) to Ready (At Embassy).

Now, you can do the following as you wait for NVC #;

1) Download and start filling Affidavit of Support Form (I-134) and try to get the Supportimg Documents for it.

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-134.pdf?download=1

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-134instr.pdf?download=1

2) You can start filling the DS-160 Online Form, save it but don't sign &  submit it yet.

https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

3) Start compiling Evidence of Relationship.

*Make Screenshots from the App (e.g., Whatsapp). Have 3-4 screenshots from each month and arrange them 6 screenshots per page of MS Word. Gather Screenshots of Chat, Call, Facetime showing your phone numbers (you and your Fiancé).

* Pictures, from 6-30 of you two together, including family. DON'T INCLUDE PICTURES OF TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE!!

*Boarding Passes (If you wish)

4) Your Fiancé should get ready with his Passport, Birth Certificate.

I read somewhere if you were born before 1992 you have to get a certain type of birth certificate. Is that true?

No!

...just that the birth certificate must have the details of the parents.

Hello! I am gonna be part of this since I got my NOA2 this may 3th. Im starting to fill out the ds-160 form and I guess this is a question answered before but when they ask for your application number is the NVC number or WAC? Because some people tell me different things.  Thank you so much

Wac number. And when you’re filling the website will also say petition receipt number. Good luck!

Yay I can finally peep my head in here too, I have a question though, filling out forms for the ACRO, and the only thing is, is that it's asking me this *Points to picture below*

I don't know whether to put No and then in the notes, I don't know if I have a case or immigration officer yet as we're waiting for the NVC & Embassy to receive the files? Or if I should stop and wait :/

I got approved May 4. When I call the NVC for the number do I then make an appt. for the medical and interview after I have it? Thanks.

Call after 2 weeks after your noa2.

The rest may depend on your embassy, you can usually make an appointment for medical at least and depending on the embassy you can schedule the interview (waiting till “status is ready is recommended)

Happy Monday!

I have a question so the new letter of intent to marry and the affidavit of support can my fiance take copies to the interview or does he have to take the originals? Do they want to see the wet signatures?  I've been seeing mixed answers about this.
