I use the most updated one lol dont use any expired one ooo

Okay, that's what I thought. I don't have packet 3 yet but @ChuAni posted the link and the i-134 form expired in '07. I've already filled out the most recent one but just like @ElieSon said, I felt as if we should fill out the one they gave us. Maybe that's the form that they're used to.

This is the recent i-134 form from USCIS. I downloaded it from their site. It's a lot longer than what the embassy gives.

Okay, great! Thanks for letting me know. We'll just wait till we receive our packet 3 as well since the documents are up to date.

thx for sending it guys but here is my problem.

i already have that one my fiancee filled it and i already have it with me here.

is that means that we don't have nothing to do with the one the embassy give us? which is  only one paper to filled front and back while the other one is 8 pages?

sorry i don't want to put trouble in anyone's head now but the lady at the embassy told me that i can scan it to my fiancee for her to fill and scan back to me.

i was even going to say that we have filled another one on the website but she stopped me saying this is the one we need to fill.

on the paper of the required documents , they mentioned affidavit of support and precise to see in attachements. this one of just one paper is the one in attachement with an expired date so what are we going to do

at least that's what happen in Togo so were are we? advice please

yes and the fact that the lady told me to scan it to my fiancee is very important.

so for me it seems like they're working with the date the user signed on the form rather than the form expiration date. that's the first point.

second

as far as i already have they actual one, there's no problem. i'll have  my fiancee fill the one we receive and i'll go to the interview with both so if i  give it to them and they refuse saying it's expired, then i'll give them the big one,

but i'll send them a mail asking for precision on this
