Mine was pretty quick. As soon as you see "ready" go ahead and send the email. I got my case number on May 16th it immediately went to transit... then I forgot about it.. then checked and it was ready at the embassy by May 22nd (probably earlier)

It took me exactly 14 days to get the number.

When it has been  a few days in transit, that means it is not electronic. Right? 

It is so weird cause I friend the same day it was in transit a few hours later was ready. From Costa Rica too. Well, waiting a little longer doesn't kill me.

Okay thank you!!! I'm so anxious to see when his interview date will be. I can't wait for this to be over....almost there!!! 

 Is your fiancee interviewing in Abuja or Lagos?

Once the petition is “in transit” it usually takes anywhere from a day-3 days to get to the embassy. I got my case number from the NVC on Monday and as of right now we are still waiting to be sent to the embassy. Hopefully they pick up the pace a bit for everyone!

It is only Lagos for k1 visa but medical will be in abuja

I use the most updated one lol dont use any expired one ooo

We have the same issue in Togo....I say if that's what the embassy gives us we should fill our what they give.

It might be over kill, but I am planning on sending my fiance both the one the embassy gave and the most recent one the website. :jest:

I actually checked the date from the one I got from Lagos and the one on USCIS both are same

 so yours also is one page front and back? can you upload the one you find on the uscis site here. i don't know why but i cannot acces the form on their website
