Congrats on your case number! You might be a little premature on asking for packet 3 though since the embassy still needs to receive your petition from the NVC. with your new case number you can go to this site and track it!

Really? I thought I could send the email right when I received the case number....I'll track it and resend the email when the embassy receives it. How long does that usually take? Thanks for the info!

there have been something new and may be someone can help; the embassy give me another form of affidavit, which is only 2 pages asking me to send it to my fiancee and that she'll fill it and scan it back to me and i need to present it at the interview. has anyone else receive something that way?

It's the Form 1-134 Financial Affidavit right? She cant actually download the form and she has to verify income level to assure you won't become "public charge" to US government for financial assistance. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

07/14/18 : WEDDiNG :wub:

9/12/18 - AOS & EAD application sent

9/14/18 - Receipt of AOS & EAD

9/21/18 - Notice of Biometric appt rec'd

10/11/18 - Biometrics appt.

1/23/19 - Notice of interview date rec'd

2/27/19 - Interview date & verbal approval

so the question is;

is it replacing the old affidavit we already filled? or what is the situation now?

form number no i don't know  and i don't think so. but how can they know how long we filled the other form since we did not submit yet. so yes may be it's a lot of work for them to go through the form of 8 or 10 pages so they give us a summary to fill out

This is quite vague without a form number. Could you maybe scan it and upload so we can actually see what you are talking about and if it's embassy specific.....

Okay well that is the Affidavit of Support I134 BUT it is extremely outdated. The top right corner shows you it was valid only until 2013.

All USCIS forms will have a validity date on them. Usually on the top right corner.

PS What is really going on at your embassy?
