You're welcome. I'm glad to be of help.

We all are here to learn from each other and support one another.

Oh My Medicals will be in two weeks time. They need;

* 6 Passport Photos

* Passport

* Copy of Passport Data Page

* Copy of Interview Appointment Letter

* A copy of Vaccination/Medical Record (if any)

There will be samples' analysis, including X-ray and Physical Examination.  After which, they determine the vaccines to be given, but the vaccines needed for US Immigration includes;

* TDT = Tetanus & Diphtheria Toxoids

* IPV = Inactivated Polio Vaccine

* Varicella

* MMR = Measles, Mumps & Rubella

* Influenza

After two weeks, the Applicant goes back to the Clinic to pick up the result for the Interview.

in Togo it's 4 passport photo

and they ask the adress in the us. i think that's the only difference all the rest will probably be the same

Our case is In Transit 😆😆😆😆

Now it's at the embassy and it says ready.

But they didn't send any emails with the packet 3 or instructions.

If it just got to the embassy it may take a while for embassy to send you your instructions.

nvc should have sent you an email when it gets to transit.check petitioner’s mail address that was provided with the petition.

Packet 3 is needed..

Send an email to them via lagosIV@state.gov requesting that Packet 3 should be sent to you (include your Wac # & Case#).

Don't pay now and don't schedule.

You can do that after the email or when they send the Packet.

He should submit DS-160 now.

...an email is needed to be sent to the Embassy. Someone was sent back yesterday at the Embassy, because they didn't send an email to the Embassy before going further to schedule their Interview.

When you say packet 3 should be sent to me, do you mean my fiancee? is it electronic? If it is electronic, they can email the packet to me? So this $265 payment is not due when submitting the ds 160? Just want to clarify.
