Our NOA2 date is 5/3, called NVC and they don’t have our petition yet.. looks like I’ll be calling back tomorrow since it looks like 5/2 NOAs were received at the NVC today... crossing my fingers!! And it was a very easy, quick and painlesss phone call. Just follow the instructions in the link in Naes signature.

ok so now that nvc has our case. My fiancee fills out DS 160 right? and books medical? There is only 1 in abuja (wuse 2) and that is where he will go... I have almost all of the docs done pretty much. I dont even know what else to do now lol

Medical is after the Interview has been scheduled. Yes, Abuja is just one.

Call to NVC: Attempt #1

NOA2: May 8th

7:30pm PST

Dialed 603-334-0700

Pressed "1", then "2"

Rang once and I got Gus! (OMG, he's invited to Thanksgiving!! What a sweetie!)

Asked me my NOA2 date and said no he could not seem to see it there. Asked me what my relationship to the applicant was (Fiancé).

He said no and the up to 8 weeks schpeel BUT he said lately that K1's have been getting to NVC ALOT quicker (he emphasized "alot" which, if you've talked to Gus, you'd assume he watches paint dry for fun).

Told him I'd try again another day.

Love Gus! He's my new K1 bf.

I have read on the forum that some embassy's don't send out a packet 3 and 4 and your are on your own. I tried calling the Embassy in Togo today to find out if we could get the packet my email or if my fiance could pick it up and they didn't act like they understood my question and told me to send an email. I sent the email and received and automatically generated email that says it could take 3-5 business days for a reply. In looking at the website for the Togo embassy i don't really see anything regarding sending more information. Has anyone else had experience with this??
