I cannot speak on your particular embassy but what I can say is that the date from my NOA2 to the date of my interview is 100 days. Do your math and see what is reasonable. It's a possibility there are no appointments available at your embassy at this time hence why they have not contacted you. It took 30 days (after the day the embassy received it) for me to even be able to schedule an interview at my embassy. Some embassies are fast at this stage while others are slow. We just have to follow the procedure that they, at our individual embassy, have laid out to follow.

Thank you for that. you really put my heart at ease, because i been seeing me and some people who got approved at the same time getting their visa already. Thank you let's hope it goes faster.

Yes it is true that many who have the same NOA2 date as us already have their Visa in hand. The procedure after the NVC is entirely embassy dependent and many do not understand that when reading the updates in these forums. Follow timelines belonging to those of your own country only. Following those of other countries will only lead to disappointment and confusion as to why you are waiting so long in comparison to others.

I did reach out to couple of people but i guess each case is different. There is not a lot concerning Togo forums out here so i am digging on the internet and anything that could help. THANK YOU anyway...

Your reaching out to the wrong people. There are two couples one that is now in the states recently and there is another that is now working through the process. Contact either one and maybe they can help. @TogoAfrica and @jean baptiste

I have a copy of packet 3 for El Salvador, soon should have packet 4. There is limited information on this website for El Salvador. For the first few parts of this process this website has been invaluable to me and my fiance. We would like to help and pass on this information to make it easier on anyone who comes behind us. Packet 3 is all in spanish, but translates very easily using google translate, so I have the copy of packet 3 sent to me by the embassy in spanish and one in English I created.

Thank you anybody who can tell me how to pass on this information to make it easier for the people who come behind us.

BTW I'm not that good with computers and terminology.

Maybe @Greenbaum can help you get it uploaded to the El Salvador sub forum?

Hello everybody!

I am in the final stage of this process but it seems like i am stuck at someone desk. Here is my situation, since the 12th of June my embassy received my case and promised to contact my fiancee and i once they get our physical file. Eventually i emailed them back, they finally told me they got it and are working on sending us a date for the interview. It is been almost a month now, but we haven't heard anything. On top of that, each time i send them an email, they don't respond at all. Has anyone been in the same situation, if so how did it get resolved? My fiancee is processing her interview in Togo. Please help....

My fiancé is in Togo also...but we are still waiting for our noa2. I’m sorry I can not help you. But what I can say is....sometimes things move very very very slow in Togo. So I’m not surprised if the embassy may seem to be moving slow for you. I hope you get anwsers soon!! We also are patiently waiting, some days are easier then others in this waiting game. 😩

We are still waiting patiently for noa2....December 20 filing. We hope to be hearing any day now. Sorry I can not help. These are the things we will be facing very soon. This waiting game is very frustrating. But we keep enduring. I’m just happy we will be together soon to wait this out. I’m heading over to Togo in August, to wait the rest of the time together. 💕 and return together to America for the wedding.....we hope!!

Same here. I have seen ppl ready within 2 days. Really have no idea why it is taking so long. I also wrote to embassy to ask if they have received my case but they said the policy don’t allow them to acknowledge whether they have received.

I have to wait.
