NOA2 is May 24

We still dont have our NVC case number.

Is this normal?

Did you call NVC or emailed them? Our NO2 is May 23. I got the NVC number when i inquired about it through email. Some says it can take up to 7weeks until they assigned a case number.

@Greenbaum or anyone who can help me. How will I be able to get email updates from NVC about my case? Bc my fiance (petitioner) don't get any emails anymore. He only got an update during our NOA1 but the rest of the updates he no longer receive anything. Is there a way I can give my email to give me updates? If so how? TIA😊

Hello,

I am asking a repeated question regarding supporting documents for i134 form - so apologize in advance but would want to be sure.

Following supporting docs are to be submitted from the beneficiary :

1. Bank letter with date, balance & amount deposited in the last year.

2. Employment letter with joining date, nature of employment, salary n position type.

3.Last three months pay stubs.

4. Last three years tax returns and W2's.

5.Bank statement for 1 year.

My Fiance's salary is 6 figures, so do we need to add stocks/shares information or this would be sufficient?

Thanks in advance !!!

Hi When your status says "Ready" send an email to LagosIV@state.gov and ask for your packet 3 they will email you back in a few days with your packet 3 details. In the email give them your WAC # from UCIS  and Case # from NVC

What country are you from, am from Nigeria and I have case and invoice number with me.... do you think we can make the appointments or we should just wait for the email....

We don't need to make appointments for medicals in Nigeria. We just need to wait to pay the visa fee (have the DS-160 confirmation page) and have the interview booked to before we can go for medicals.

Nothing should be done until the Embassy receives the case (Case Status: Ready) and sends Packet 3 to you. Monitor your case, once it says 'Ready', send an email (include your USCIS # and NVC Case #) to the Embassy requesting Packet 3 to be sent to you. First, you will receive an autoresponse, but there will be a specific reply within 1-3 days. Then, go ahead to finish your DS-160 form, pay your visa fee ($265= #95,400) at any GTBank Branch and schedule your Interview. Once you have your Appointment Letter (knowing your Interview date), prepare when to have your Medicals.

Note: The results take 14 days (2 weeks) to be ready for Lagos and few days for Abuja.

Just an FYI to any K1 filers for Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. All appointments are booked up until the end of September. Our status said "Ready" today. I went ahead and paid the visa fee and made the appointment for late September. Good luck guys!!!
