checked too. still at NVC... no luck yet...

I think it may be different for different embassy's. my case number was assigned June 8th - but we still do not have this in writing. We had to call them and get it.

NVC received on 12th June and got case number on 13th June (NOA2 23rd May).

Well looks like a lot of us are now stuck at NVC.  When I called yesterday afternoon.  I was told my case was in ap and there was no time frame. I was also told that they are flooded with cases and that is causing a delay on just about everyone's case.  Let's hope today's batch has our cases in it.

Just wondering when does NVC usually update the status on the website. Does those ppl literally update the status when the finish processing the case or they wait till a batch of cases are done and then update it.  It feels bad that we need to check the case manually and there's no scans for these status...

Yay! Congrats, we're officially a huge step closer. And yeah, that's typical, just ignore it.
