Hello,

I am also hearing impaired with disability. Your wife need to file I-130 petition and hopefully she can understand how to process the petition. Is she working or her mother/relatives as joint sponsor just in case if your wife does not work. The most important documents are marriage certificate, wedding photos, passports, Birth Certificate, Police certificates,... Please check US Embassy in Morocco for other requirements. Hope someone there can help you :)

I don't think your disability will be an issue. Its ok to ask the consular officer to repeat the question if you can't hear it or don't understand it initially. It's good that you waited a bit to marry, and your case sounds ok on the surface. Be prepared to talk about how you communicate with your wife (do you share a common language). Have you met your wife's daughter? Be prepared to talk about your relationship with the daughter as well.

If you are going through the visa process and will be interviewing in Casablanca, Morocco, join us over at the
