Hello,

My husband is adjusting from a K1. He received is NOA1 a few days ago, but on the Case status site, it still has that our 129-F has been approved. It hasn't updated it seems. Is that normal?

Also, how do I know which field office they will send our package to?

Yes. They are very bad at updating. The last status on my wife's I-129F was in June, 2017 confirming a change to fix a typo. She received her Visa in october (meaning there were no updates to her case in the 4 months between then, or any time since).

Even her AOS, EAD, and AP applications don't seem to be updated after the initial receipt notice.  We did the biometrics for the EAD (I think that's what it was for) back in February and nothing was updated after this, which made me worried that we needed to do something after her fingerprinting but I don't think that's the case.

I really wish they'd update stuff since calling them is a huge process of selecting menus and waiting forever.

The WAC number will no longer update. That relates only to the K1 visa process, which you have now completed.

The new receipt numbers he got from the NOA1s should just say 'case received' or something along those lines. It shouldn't say anything about the I-129F.

If you are going through the visa process and will be interviewing in Casablanca, Morocco, join us over at the
